The desire to support people has been a part of my life since the beginning and the Heavens have blessed me with a special ability I am able to make friends and create quality relationships very easily.
This attitude and approach initiated the establishment of the FADGlobal in 2024. Our main goal is to create a bridge between the Philippine and Europe as labor, tourism, travel Organization, telco, fintech, bank or food and beverages.

Introduction
During my career, I provided more than 10,000 students with work opportunities alongside the school, and created an employment system that used the world’s leading seed production plants, Corteva and Syngenta until today.
The highlight of my professional career is the integration of OFW guest workers from the Philippines into the Central and Eastern European labor market. A successful pilot program brought more than 20,000 OFWs to Europe to alleviate the labor market vacuum that is suffering from demographic problems.
Introduction
