Manpower

As Head of the Manpower Division, I am responsible for managing the full lifecycle of international workforce solutions, from recruitment and selection through regulatory compliance and permitting, to successful onboarding and employment start.

Drawing on several years of experience in temporary staffing and international recruitment, my work is strongly focused on legal compliance, transparent operations, and the development of long-term, sustainable partnerships. I place particular emphasis on aligning workforce solutions with both local regulations and the strategic objectives of our partners.

My goal is to provide reliable, predictable, and high-quality manpower solutions that not only address immediate labor needs but also create measurable, long-term business value for our partners.

Healthcare

I serve as President of Semmelweis Iskolaszövetkezet, and within FAD Global I will lead the Healthcare division.

Healthcare depends on people: well-trained, motivated professionals and the organisations that support them. My work focuses on building bridges between the Hungarian healthcare and education sector and international talent, always with an emphasis on professional standards, transparent processes and legal compliance.

Through FAD Global, my aim is to develop reliable, sustainable healthcare partnerships between Hungary and the Philippines, creating real value for institutions, for professionals, and for the patients they care for.

Agriculture

As the leader of the Agriculture division within the FAD Global corporate group, I focus on developing agricultural and agri-business cooperation between Hungary and the Philippines.

Hungary has a long tradition in agriculture and food production, with internationally recognized products such as hungarikum specialties, mangalica pork, foie gras, premium wines and craft beers. These products have strong potential in the Philippines’ growing tourism and hospitality sectors.

In the other direction, the Hungarian market is increasingly asking for tropical fruits and seafood that cannot be grown locally, such as mango, pineapple, coconut and seafood.

Our mission is to build sustainable agri-business partnerships between the two countries, connecting producers, distributors and industry stakeholders for long-term value on both markets.

Fintech

As the Head of FAD Global’s Fintech Division, I bring nearly 20 years of experience in IT, overseeing the design, development, and operation of the Group’s digital and technology solutions.

My professional background spans media and customer care systems, platform-based solutions, and IoT technologies, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and business integration. I am responsible for leading the development of integrated platforms, business intelligence solutions, and mobile applications across the FAD Global ecosystem, as well as ensuring end-to-end IT operations, providing a unified, reliable, and business-driven technological foundation for the Group’s divisions.

I believe that the true value of technology lies in precise planning, reliable operation, and long-term, sustainable solutions.

Trade

As the head of Trade divisions, I am responsible for establishing, developing, and operating trade relations between the Philippines and Hungary, with nearly 10 years of experience in the food industry and international trade.

In Hungary, we offer solutions to meet the growing demand for tropical fruits and seafood. Products such as mango, pineapple, coconut, as well as fresh and processed seafood, cannot be produced domestically due to climatic conditions, yet demand for them is steadily increasing. At the same time, I believe that high-quality Hungarian food products and specialty goods can successfully enter the Philippine market, offering unique value for local businesses and the hospitality sector.

My goal is to strengthen trade relations between Hungary and the Philippines by building value-based, long-term, sustainable, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
